The full terms below apply.
1. What is this about?
Monemon AS (“Monemon”, “we” or “us”) is running the prize draw “Monemon World Savings Day 2026” (the “Campaign”). If you live in Germany and are new to Monemon, you can win a cash prize. We credit it directly to your Bag in the Monemon app.
In total, we are giving away €3 000, split into three cash prizes.
These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to Monemon’s Service Rules.
2. Who can take part?
You can take part if you meet all of these requirements:
You are at least 18 years old.
Your permanent residence is in Germany.
You are new to Monemon and have never had a Monemon account.
Between 26 and 31 October 2026 (both days included), you open your Monemon account and successfully complete registration and the ID check.
By 4 November 2026 (inclusive), you pay at least once with your Monemon card. Section 3 explains which payments count.
Monemon employees and directors, and their immediate family members, cannot take part.
3. Which card payments count?
Any genuine purchase of goods or services with your virtual or physical Monemon debit card counts. Payments with Apple Pay or Google Pay count too.
These payments don’t count:
Cash withdrawals
Transfers between accounts or to other payment service providers
E-wallet top-ups and similar cash-equivalent transactions
Declined, cancelled, refunded or reversed payments
Your payment must be successfully authorised by 4 November 2026 and then completed. If it is cancelled or reversed before the draw, it doesn’t count.
There is no minimum amount. The amount just has to be more than €0.
Taking part costs nothing extra. You don’t need a paid Monemon subscription or a physical card. You pay for your purchases as usual. Monemon’s standard Price List applies.
4. How does the draw work?
If you meet all requirements, you automatically get one entry in the draw.
More card payments or larger amounts don’t increase your chance of winning.
The draw takes place no later than 10 November 2026.
We randomly draw three different people from all eligible participants. The prizes:
1st prize: €2 000
2nd prize: €500
3rd prize: €500
The first person drawn gets €2 000. The next two people drawn get €500 each.
If fewer than three people are eligible, each of them automatically wins a prize, in the order they are drawn.
Each person can win only one prize. Your chance of winning depends on how many people are eligible.
All deadlines are in German local time (CET).
5. Notification and prize credit
If you win, we let you know within three business days after the draw, by email or in the Monemon app.
You don’t need to claim your prize. We credit it automatically to your Bag in the Monemon app, within ten business days after we have checked your eligibility.
In the Bag, you set money aside for your savings goals. You can move the prize from your Bag to your available Monemon balance and use it for payments or transfers under Monemon’s Service Rules.
Your Monemon account must still be open and legally able to receive the prize.
If a person drawn doesn’t meet the requirements, or we can’t legally credit the prize to them, we randomly draw another eligible person.
6. Fair participation
We can exclude people from taking part in cases of verified fraud, deliberate misuse of the Campaign, duplicate accounts or material breaches of these Terms & Conditions.
Any exclusion must be based on reasonable and objective grounds.
We can change, suspend or cancel the Campaign if the law requires it or exceptional circumstances occur that are beyond our reasonable control. We announce changes through appropriate channels. They won’t unfairly affect rights you have already acquired.
7. Taxes
You are responsible for any personal taxes on your prize under applicable law.
We meet all tax reporting, withholding and payment obligations the law places on us.
We credit the prize to your Bag in the advertised amount, unless the law requires deductions.
8. Your data
We process the personal data we need to check your eligibility, run the draw, notify you if you win and credit your prize.
Taking part doesn’t mean you agree to receive additional marketing from us.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Estonian law. This doesn’t affect mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you as a resident of Germany. These Terms & Conditions don’t limit your statutory rights or your access to the competent courts.
These Terms & Conditions are available in English and German. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails.
