Welcome to MOWO!
This is where all the fun happens. MOWO is the loyalty program run by Monemon Digital OÜ, where you can earn and spend Monecoins (MNC) - our exclusive loyalty points. Monecoins unlock cool rewards like digital items, avatars and discounts from our partners. By jumping into MOWO, you're agreeing to these terms. Let’s keep it simple and make sure everyone’s on the same page!
Are you in?
As a proud Monemon payment account owner, you’re automatically eligible for MOWO. No extra steps required - start earning those Monecoins right away!
How to stack Monecoins?
You can earn Monecoins by completing various actions like making card transactions. We’ll also be rolling out special campaigns from time to time where you can collect even more Monecoins! Keep an eye on the app - we’ll notify you in-app about new ways to earn and any exciting campaigns coming up. The ways to earn will change from time to time to keep things fresh.
NB! Normally, Monecoins will show up in your account right after your purchase. However, just like transactions in the payment world, there may be times when it takes a little longer for the coins to appear. We’ll always do our best to make sure you get them ASAP, but patience is sometimes needed.
What can you get for Monecoins?
You can use your Monecoins to:
Buy digital items in MOWO, like avatars, furniture, outfits and limited-edition items.
Redeem partner offers like discount codes.
The available rewards and partners will change over time. Some partner offers (like coupons) might have their own expiration dates. You’ll always be able to check the expiration dates in the app.
Buying and converting your Monecoins
You can buy Monecoins with your e-money at a rate of 1 EUR = 100 Monecoins. There are no limits on how many you can buy (for now), but keep in mind that Monecoins can't be refunded.
Monecoins are loyalty points, not money. They hold no financial value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other currency. You can only use Monecoins to redeem rewards or items available in the MOWO program. Once Monecoins are purchased or earned, they cannot be refunded or bought back, even if you close your Monemon account. Simply put, Monecoins aren’t a form of e-money or currency - they’re just for cool perks in MOWO!
Can I share my Monecoins?
Monecoins are locked to your account - you can’t transfer them to other users. We might introduce a marketplace for digital items in the future, but for now, they stay with you.

Closing shop? Here's what happens
Monecoins are non-refundable, even if you close your Monemon account. Once your Monemon relationship ends, access to MOWO is restricted, and you’ll lose any unused Monecoins.
Play fair or risk losing it all
If we detect any fraudulent behavior (like creating multiple accounts to earn extra Monecoins), we reserve the right to suspend your account or revoke any Monecoins earned improperly. Let’s keep it fair!
Heads-up: we might change the rules
We might need to adjust these terms from time to time. If the change isn’t in your favor, don’t worry - we’ll give you a heads-up at least 14 days in advance. But if it’s something cool that benefits you, we’ll make the change right away, no waiting required! You’ll be able to check the updated terms in the app.
